| Working Principle The heat pipe is hollow and evacuated, as same as the solar tube. There are a small quantity of purified water and some special additives in it. The heat pipe used in Huayang solar collectors has a low boiling point. Thus, when it is heated, the water vaporizes rapidly. The vapor rises to the top of the heat pipe and transfers heat. As the heat is lost at the top, the vapor condenses to form a liquid (water) and returns to the bottom of the heat pipe once again to repeat the process. |

Features - High efficiency solar collector using heat pipes and evacuated tubes. - Able to be used in all climates. - Copper heat pipes are applied for rapid heat transfer. - Easy installation both on the roof and on the ground. - Applied for main water pressure. - 150mm pipe is applied in the inner tank for enough heat exchange. - Patented connection design isolates copper heat pipe from stainless steel inner tank, greatly reducing the damage caused by galvanic corrosion. |
| The End Covers of the Inner Tank Equipped with flanges, it is easy to clear the inner tank and the heat pipe. |

The Inner Tank The inner tank is made of SUS304-2B (thickness 1.2mm) stainless steel, adopting two advanced welding technologies; automatic double-sided protection argon arc welding and automatic rings argon arc welding. Thus, the stainless steel is hardly damaged. |
| Unit-designed Heat-absorption Structure Evacuated tube, aluminum fin and heat pipe arc closely integrated, realizing faster heat transfer and lower loss. Patented design isolates copper coil from inner tank. This can greatly reduce galvanic corrosion. |
